Okay, Keith here from Beat the Casino. Hey, I wanted to talk to you today about the most asked question I get at Beat the Casino. And it's um people ask, can you teach me how to become a professional baccarat player? You know, since we concentrate a lot on Baccarat. And you know, I it's it's kind of the most common thing they're always asking about. And what they mean by that, I guess, well, no, I don't guess, I know, is that they want to make their living going to the casino playing baccarat and use that as their income to pay their bills and and do all those things like that. Um let's put it into perspective a little bit. Um, first off, um, I can teach you what many of the members of the forum do, okay, and that's how to win consistently and how to make a profit. And if you're able to do this, then you're a professional because you're using the skills and the knowledge that you gained to make money. Look, I can't teach you how to do one thing, always go to the casino, do this, and you'll win. If it was that easy, uh, in fact, everyone would do it. Um, that's what system sellers get you to believe. They they sell you an approach and they say, here, here's your here's my book or here's my system, go to the casino and go play this and you'll make money. And sometimes you do, and most times you don't, though. Um, if that worked, there'd be no casinos, obviously. Uh, but the people who've learned to win consistently or have known, they've known three key things. Now, to answer your question, can I teach to be a professional? Yes. And there's different levels of um of professional, okay. But the first thing you have to understand, and there are a lot of things that the people who do it professionally, so to speak, professionally, or go and make money at it or make their income from it, know a couple things, okay? And I'm gonna tell you about three of them here because they're they're the first three, and I think they're very important. Um it's a process to make a business work. What you're trying to do is you're trying to start a business, and it's a process, and you must start at the beginning, you must rid your mind of many of the preconceptions, not not all the preconceptions. Okay, and the first one that I always come across, and and and again, that this is what the the real pros know and the real players know. If you're a math guy and think you your numbers are gospel, and that's all there is to know about this game, and you have all the answers, and basically you're ignoring that there are people that are telling you that they know how to win, and you post disparaging remarks down below in our comments sections. Why bother? All you want to do is argue. Okay, I don't I don't want to argue, I want to produce more winners in my club. Okay. Let me tell you something. In our forum, we have all the math guys who are just as degreed as you are, who know just as much as you do, who are teachers, who are directors of corporations, some are CEOs, some are entrepreneurs, some are just some are everyday folks. We we have a diverse cross-section of people with many expertise in our club. And the ones that are successful have learned one important thing, and this is kind of a subset of the process of learning, but whether they're a math guy or not, or whether they learn by road or just by listening to other folks, they've learned this one thing is that the reality of what exists in the world of random numbers is not the reality of what actually happens in a casino baccarat game. And if you can get your head around that, that your numbers are not the end all be all. There is more to learn than the numbers. Why? Because what happens in the casino is different than what happens in the unrealistic world of uh of random mathematics. Look, random mathematics has given us science, it's given us everything, but you're placing the reality of your random mathematics in an environment that it doesn't exist, okay? And that's what the folks in our club have learned. That we can know all the numbers in the world, and it looks like those numbers work, but there's a time when there's a variation from those numbers, and that's what we learn to capitalize on. And that's that's the easiest I can put it at first. But the point is what you need to do first, it's a process to start a business. You have to do it little by little, and and and you have to look at it from a different perspective. You have to take what you know, bring to the table what you know. If you're a great math guy and good with numbers and statistics and know all that stuff, great, bring that in. That's always helpful. But then look at it from another perspective of what someone else may know that you don't know, or that you maybe not necessarily that you don't know, that you've never noticed in the game of Bacra. Okay. Maybe you know, maybe someone else knows something about the game that you don't. And it's sometimes it's hard to swallow that, you know. And I get that, you know. So that's the first thing is it's a process that's gonna take a little bit of time, and you're gonna have to learn things and look at things from a different perspective, and and get rid of all the assumptions that you made that you know all the math already. Okay, so those are the couple of folks that come in, and some of them never come in and join a club, and some of them do, and then they're happy they did. Uh, and some of them don't have a math background, and and they take what we teach them and they go play. Okay. The next thing is your record keeping is critical when you're learning to become a so-called professional. You know, I I think people get tied up with that term professional. I think it's more of an ego trip than it is um uh than it is an actual uh reality. You know, anytime you can take what you know and and and apply it and and and make money at it and whatnot, you know, you can be called a professional, but I just think it's better just to be called a good player. And the reason I get away from that professional thing is I I one, I think it's an ego trip and you need to put your ego aside. It's not about ego, okay? If you want to go tell your player, uh your friends and family that you're a professional gambler and you go play cards, look, I get the R of it. It's really cool. It's kind of the James Bond thing. We go and we gamble and we play and I make a living at it, and look how clever I am. I mean, that that's that's like a fantasy life, okay, which I'll tell you about a little bit later. But I think if you just first of all limit your expectations, okay, and I'm gonna tell you about that next. But anyway, to get to this place where you want to be, whether it be and and look, it's it's a good idea if I want to make uh 500 a week, but you can't you can't set that as your goal at first. The first thing you have to do is that you have to learn to win, okay? And that's a real hard thing to do sometimes for some folks. You have to learn to win. And you do this one by keeping records of your progress. And I'm gonna tell you something, it's a small edge. If you got all the math down and you know all your numbers, you just need to know a little bit more about the game that's gonna make you a winner. And it's the part that you don't know. It's the part that everyone, it's the part that everyone doesn't know. But if you're a math guy, look, man, you can find the math about gambling all over the internet. There's millions of experts who've never played the game in their life telling you how to play the game. They've never dealt two cards, and there's some who have, and they went in and lost, and they then they say, see, I told you, right? They've never played the game enough to really understand what's going on, nor did they do a study. I mean, they're all big in studies. Did you actually ever study the game and look at a hundred casino cards or a thousand casino cards? We have, okay. I've got hundreds of players that do that. So we must be doing something right, and that's what I'm trying to impress. But listen, you must keep records. Now, think about someone, a world-class player. Like, I don't know who who broke the four-minute mile. Was that Jim Ryan? Okay, do you think he would have broke the four-minute mile if someone wouldn't have given him his statistics of, hey, you're at four minutes and two seconds? Okay, you're at four minutes and one second. Okay, it's important to know where you're at. How else can we validate what we're doing? So you're gonna have to keep some records if you want to do this. If you want to, even just to become a casual winner, you gotta keep records of what you're doing. It's very, very important. Now, you've all heard the analogy about I want to show you how much little how little you need to know, okay? You bet you know you I'm sure you've heard the analogy. Uh, you know, water gets hot at 211 degrees, it's all over the internet. And then at 212 degrees, just one more degree. What happens? Water boils, uh, it has enough power to power a locomotive, and then man, you can do all sorts of things. Well, it's the same thing. Okay, if you have all this knowledge and you've been playing all these years, okay, you just need that little incremental bit more to become a really master at Bagara. Just one more degree. You gotta you gotta get some information from some other folks, okay? Um, so so look, you don't like again, like I said, you you don't have to to go ahead and keep massive records, just okay, on 520. I went, I took 500 bucks and I came back with 400 and this, that, or however you want to do it, whether you write it down or keep it in the computer, but you must keep records of your play, okay? The next thing, too, is and and it's still part of record keeping, you have to start to appreciate a small win. Okay, you gotta appreciate a small win. Anytime you walk out of the casino with a win, it's a win. So when you start, I want you to forget this. I want, and this is a big sales tactic. System sellers, you can make 200 a day, you can make 500 a day, you can make $1,000 a day, you can make $800 an hour. Okay, forget all that garbage at first. The first thing that you want to be able to do is win and hit a small win goal. Okay. Now, I I probably shouldn't have said garbage. Look, that's a good idea. If you want to play this professionally, as we say, uh, and and that's your goal of making X amount a week or a day or whatever, that's a good goal, but you're not gonna jump right into that. That's what I'm trying to get across is you can't do that right off the bat. You need to learn how to win, and you do that by starting a small wing gold. For instance, let's say, for instance, and I don't care if you're a millionaire and have millions of dollars at your disposal where you can go in and bet $1,000 a hand or $2,000 a hand, or you're a $10 player, and that's all you can afford. I want you to play for a small wing gold, like $200, okay. Or 20 chips, whatever it is, and without a time frame, okay. And and once you make that, I want you to take that 200 bucks and go buy what you wanted to buy with it, okay. And then once you do that, and this is a process of while you're a member of the club, okay. So now here everyone goes, now C's trying to sell something. Well, of course I'm trying to sell people to come into my club. Okay, it's my club. We're a club of baccarat players. Believe me, it's a win-win situation. I have the best players in the world in my club. So come on, join us. Now, how does that help the club? Well, guess what? You play probably maybe at the same casino some other players play at. You may play at some remote location that nobody gets to too often. You're gonna provide us information about the casino and we're gonna teach you the strategy and how to think about the game. Okay, that's the most important thing. Is how are you thinking about this game? If you got the basics down, good. If you're a math guy, great, great, do that. But now we're gonna give you the edge, and that's why we call it strategic or edge backup. So, so anyway, back to my point. I digressed a little bit there. I'm sorry. Uh sometimes I go. But I think this video is very important because I want to dispense this myth of professional and what it means and how you get there, and you know what is the process to get to this place that you want to be. So you you make this small win, and as you're doing this, you're tweaking your strategy, you're learning more and more. And and trust me, there's there's a lot to learn. There's something that comes with experience of play. So then once you do it, you want to replicate it. Then you want to replicate it again, then you want to replicate it again. And now you just went from a player who goes to the casino with a couple bucks and doesn't know if they're gonna win or lose, to a player who's gonna go to the casino with the objective to win. Okay, that's what you have to do first. You have to get go to the casino with an objective to win a certain amount. Once you make that, you've got it, you hit your goal, go spend it. Okay, then I want you to do it again. Okay. Now, once you do that, as you're becoming a better player, and so how do you get to this point? Okay, so look, you've got to practice a little bit. Now, the other thing is the third thing, which I I before I get to this next point, which I think you'll find it's we gotta you gotta allow time for life, okay? So that that's what I'm saying. That's why this I want to go play every day and make $200 or $500 or $1,000 or what it is. Look, man, life happens, and I don't even need to tell you that. You can't drop everything and and uh go play baccarat all day long. First of all, you'll get bored out of your mind after the first two weeks, okay? Um, but that aside, it's it's unrealistic. Life happens, people need your time, you have oblig other obligations. I know I don't have to explain this. Your goal first is to understand that every win is a good win, okay? And everyone wants to say, I make my income from Baccarat. Look, you can get there, okay? You can get there, but you gotta do it in baby steps. That's what I'm trying to tell you. That's the truth. You gotta do it in baby steps. You can't just say, okay, now I've got $5,000, that's my bankroll. Teach me how to play baccarat. It takes a little bit of time. If you had $5,000, could you start a business? Would your business be successful or $10,000 or $100,000? No, you would have to work it, you've got to massage it, you gotta get your skills, you gotta get your business plan in order. It's it's a whole process, okay? And that's what we help people do. That's what our club is. I can't give you a book and say, here, go study this and now go play baccarat, you're gonna be a winner, okay? It's not gonna happen. Okay, so we're gonna set a goal for the moment, and once you once you find reach that goal, once you get to it, you're gonna learn how to replicate that goal, and you're gonna do it again and again, and then you're gonna go to the next level, okay?
