Alright, you can see you set up right here. We can see Paul over here and Karen and that's our deal. Now I'm gonna be right here and I'll answer any questions. If that's in the black box, how come he can still go play? It's because they don't bother they don't bother those players in shoe games, only in single deck. They don't bother anybody in the shoe game. Anyone that wants to can play the shoe game. For this way, I slightly prefer single deck, but we have a method called zero proximity counting that's far better than normal paradigm that we use to play single deck and two deck. It's in your newsletter. We'll get into some more stories later. Let's go over some logistics. Um if you haven't like signed in or checked in with Karen yet, you need to do that and get yourself squared away with her. How do you look on your list, Karen? You've got most everybody checked on? Alright. You need you'll need to see her. Uh let's talk about lunch first before we do anything else. What I did is is uh one thing that's uh you know, the Sheffield doesn't have uh they don't have lunch here. So what I did is I had this restaurant across the street called the Pacific Fish House. It's going to be open for us both today and tomorrow for lunch. It'll be at uh one o'clock today and at uh two o'clock tomorrow. So I'm hoping that most of you will go because they tomorrow they're coming and opening up the restaurant uh just for us. So it's a nice place. We've we had dinner there a couple times. The prices are very reasonable, and I think they got it set up outside on uh the veranda, so they're doing a real good job for us. There there's other options available, but I I'd really appreciate it if you'd use that one. Pacific Fish House. And it's right across what is it? Famous Pacific Seafood Company. And it really is a restaurant though. And it's and it's right across the street, across uh paradise. It's you can walk there from here very just don't get run over. It's kind of fast down through there. If you if uh there is a crossover just uh, you know, a few steps past the restaurant. And we can all meet over there at one o'clock because somebody has sort of given me some warning just before one o'clock, and uh we'll go over there. Uh next thing on the agenda. I want to thank everybody very sincerely that contributed to the Bath Ripple Memorial Scholarship Fund. The scholarship fund is doing very well. First, I want to tell you that I'm still holding your checks. We're waiting for some pledges to come in before we present all these checks to the school, plus a uh uh a matching, a matching check from me will be presented to the school. Now, the school there, for those of you don't know, it's a s it's a state school. I'm not sure I should have checked before I left. Should have done a lot of things before I left. But I'm not sure how much is in the fund now. It's doing very well. I think there's about $3,000 in there, so I think the contribution to the school uh will end up at about $6,000. It may end up being a lot more, though. We some some pledges came in are are fairly large, but I can't count them until, of course, we get the checks. So I I kind of apologize for goofing up your checkbook for holding these checks for so long, but that's why we're doing it. I think we'll get into uh writing or or making this presentation to the school uh probably next week sometime. And I will just send in the other pledges as they come in because I don't want to hold these checks forever. Uh it's a state school, and though so scholarship or or uh tuition money, that kind of tuition money will go quite a long way. That will send, I don't know how many, but that'll send several kids to college uh to take respiratory therapy. And what I'm gonna try to get the school to do is to give us the names of those people that we end up putting through college and to keep us posted on uh and how they're doing, how their grades are, and so on and so forth in school so we can sort of keep track of uh what we did, and then maybe next year we'll turn around and do the do the same thing again and see if we can keep that scholarship fund going. I would guess that we can put about four kids through through college at the level that we're at right now. So that's gonna be something good that we did with our lives. All right, and I I really do. I sincerely thank you very much. Is Jim Ozak here?
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_00Good hands.
unknownNot too late last night on.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah. Alright, today we're gonna sort of concentrate on table selection and card play. And tomorrow we're gonna concentrate on betting. It doesn't mean that you can't ask betting questions today or you can't ask uh card play uh tomorrow. Is there anybody in here by the way that still did not get their world-class tapes for whatever reason? Okay, now how long have you been waiting for them, do you know? Five months. Something's gone wrong, then call Bev, because you should have got everybody should have got 'em by now. So call Bev at uh in my office and she'll get you squared away. Yeah. We are taping we think. We think if Fred's on the ball, we're taping this seminar. You can tape it too, by the way. You're perfectly free to do that. We started this at the last seminar in uh Atlantic City. We get so many requests for the tapes for these seminars from people that attended the seminar. Here's the deal. I think it'll come out to eight tapes if it works out like Atlantic City did. And you can buy these sets of, we'll set up, we'll just go to sell them in sets of four at cost. To the people that attended the seminar, I think it's like 1995 a set of four. So it's 1995 a day. So even if you're taping and your tape doesn't come out, you know, you can get them from us. Now for people that weren't at the seminar, they can buy them too, but for them it's $295, I think is so a little difference in price there. Well, I d you know, I just don't think it's fair somebody doesn't go to the seminar and to buy tapes at the seminar for $19.95. You know, it's not the right, it's not right. So that's we'll give them a little break because there'll be a few things that I'm sure that they won't be able to hear out of tapes, but uh and they're gonna be unedited, by the way. Well, except for the thing things I said about Jerry last night. We'll have to take one other one other announcement I want to make is uh Suzanne and Marty are no longer in my employee. And uh I'm not sure they understand that, but so don't buy anything from them. It's sort of why they aren't in my employee. They don't turn over the money to the company and I never hear about the sale. So anybody that may have bought a newsletter from them and and never got it, let me know and we'll make it uh we'll make it good for you. Is issue nine out yet? Is issue nine out yet? No, it should be. It should be. There's sort of a a reason and it'd be out shortly. I actually finished it, except to put in uh the editorials, your s your stuff. Because I haven't got the heart to ask Bev to type it. You know, every time I go downstairs, there's there's six phones in the office and they're ringing off the hooks and she's running back and forth and running over to the cop machine and all this jazz, and I just haven't got the heart to say, you know, could you type this in your spare time? So one of these mornings I'll get up early and I'll I'll type that in there and we'll get those mailed out. One of the reasons that they are uh issue number nine is a little late now is because they've been distracted on another thing which I think that we can start to talk about now. What we're looking at is is this situation. What do you do if you arrive at Las Vegas or Atlantic City or the Bahamas or wherever you're going on uh say on a Friday, and you get there and it's all crowded, and the and the blackjack conditions are just terrible. What do you do? How do you how do you get around terrible conditions? We're gonna, by the way, that's also the the whole theme of loot newsletter number nine is what to do about terrible conditions. Uh we don't get that as much in Las Vegas as we do elsewhere, but we do get a we do see that now every uh here now every now and then. One of the things that we want to propose to you, uh rather than go out and honor your comp playing blackjack under impossible conditions, where you stand the risk of losing more money because of those conditions than the comp is worth, we're going to make the suggestion that you play Baccharah on those days because of the fact that the game of Baccharah, the odds of the game are only one and a quarter percent against you. And it's not one of these deals like blackjack where where there's a big argument about what the odds really are. They in Baccharah, they're one and a quarter percent against you, which makes it the closest game, of course, in uh in the casino. And uh we have a method that my son and I developed quite some time ago. I think I might have mentioned it in the tapes or somewhere in the manual, maybe, that my son and I had developed the world's worst baccarat system. You could actually lose money faster than it was mathematically possible to lose. So we're gonna get a lot of money for this one. But what we did, what we did is we got to thinking about it and we said, well, maybe we weren't so far off because we we did defeat the odds. We did do that, we just defeated them the wrong way. Okay, but we did defeat the odds. So what we did is we went out and we tried it backwards, tried the whole thing in reverse. And and because when we looked at it, we saw the we saw the error of our of our ways, and we should have done it in reverse right from the beginning. And when we tried that, we tried it at home at first, and we won it on paper at home, and then we tried it in the casino, and we've had quite a few casino wins now, some of them uh fairly significant wins. So the next step was to run it through the computers up in Minnesota, and we've started doing that, and I just got a call just before I left that there at the computers, and by the way, and Baccarat is unlike blackjack, Baccharah you can just load it into a computer because the game is so simple. It isn't a question of what kind of clumping are we gonna are we gonna program and that type of thing. It's you're just putting odds into the casino or into the computer. When we did that, they called me up and they said that they're showing a 1.5% player advantage over the casino, which would make this the only baccarat method in the world that has a player advantage over the casino. The only other real baccarat method is a card counting uh method that's very complex, and it gives you about a, according to the authors, about a half of a percent um closer advantage. In other words, it reduces the house advantage by about a half a percent, but that's still putting you at a three-quarter percent disadvantage. And and they're the first ones to claim that it's not a winning system, it just cuts your ads. Yes. Is it the same uh the same uh system that you said? No, no, no, ours works. Uh no, I don't know, he's talking about a baccarat system, you know, and I saw that in his newsletter. I don't know if he's talking about mine or or whatever. I just don't know. You know, all I know as soon as I said the word baccarat of Jerry, the next letter that he sent out had the word baccarat in it. It might have been an echo. I'm not sure what that was all about. But but I don't think so. Unless he's already starting to talk about ours. I really don't know. And I haven't had a chance to ask him about that. Jerry did, by the way, I asked him to do this. I called up about his last newsletter uh that had all of these NBJ highlights in it, and I says, you know, Jerry, I'm getting a lot of complaints, which I was. People are calling me and they're saying, geez, I just paid Jerry a thousand dollars, and now he's given out the highlights of world-class ploy for for $90. And he wrote a letter of apology that he sent out to uh everyone about that. And he really wasn't, by the way. All all it is is it's a marketing ploy for the for his list of people who have never bought NBJ. They're not NBJ or world class, they've never got into it at all. And what it what it is really is for ninety dollars, he gives them an enticement. An enticement. In other words, they're really buying a uh a spiel, so to speak, for ninety dollars. And then, of course, if that entices them enough where they want to get into NBJ, then he'll turn around and give them the $90 discount on NBJ, so they end up paying the same money that everybody else uh did. They're just they're just sort of paying a uh upfront premium and the advertising, which is really what it is. A lot of you know, Jerry, and you know that he has those kinds of marketing programs, and that's really he's convinced me that that's really what he was doing, and and I believe him, you know. He's he's really a pretty honest guy, and I believe him. So I think that uh apologies accepted from him and so forth. And the first people, the people that did complain, a couple of them have already called me back and told me they got that letter from Jerry and they were pleased with it. Alright, uh just a couple of things about Baccharah before we before we get into Blackjack. There's a lot of there's a lot of advantages to Baccharah. The the big thing is, see, Bacchara, the game is the same regardless of how many people are playing it. Doesn't matter if one people, one person is playing it. If you never played it before, it it's somewhat similar to blackjack if you could bet on either yourself or the dealer on every hand. And I know which choice a lot of you would make on that deal, but but in Bakra, they call one the bank and they call one the player, and all they do is they deal out two hands in the middle of the table and they're dealt out a certain way that takes a page full of rules, and you'll bet on one or the other, and that's really all there is to it. You can bet on ties too, and you get paid nine to one on ties, but the odds against ties are eleven to one. So we don't bet a lot of ties. But uh that's really all there is to it. Now you go in there in the back of our room, you know, you sit down in a very nice in a in a very nice quiet room and so forth. So it's it's a great thing to do if you're fighting these herds of uh blackjack players out on the floor. And uh and it it's and it's an extremely close game. Our computer guys are showing a one and a half percent hands-won advantage. So we already got 'em, we already beat the one and a quarter percent casino advantage right there. But then when we apply our betting strategy, it's sort of in a in a way it's sort of like when you apply a betting strategy to to card counting your it in single deck blackjack, your advantage uh multiplies a little bit. And it's coming out right now at four percent on the computer. But they're they've also tried some changes to our betting program and uh it looks like they may be able to get that advantage up a little bit higher than that. It's I don't think, you know, I'm not a computer whiz, but I don't think it's possible to to goof up this program and a and a computer like you can with blackjack, because the game is so so vastly uh simple. So I think that and the and the guy that we have, it's the same guy by the way that's coming out with our uh software computer program for for MBJ, which and which just to update you on that, is I have the checkers right now, the guy that checks it out and makes sure there's no bugs in it and and also I'm expecting to hear from that rather rather quickly. I think we're gonna sell that one for 89.95. I just don't want to go through the same things that that Jerry went through and uh that Boris. Yeah. Yeah, y no, not exactly. It's yeah, it's what you do is the way the bank makes their money in Baccarat is whenever you bet bank and you win, they you pay you uh ninety-five cents on the dollar. Okay? So if you look at it, you're gonna be betting bank half the time, you're gonna be betting player half the time, you're gonna win half the time, you're gonna lose half the time. So they're taking this commission out of about twenty-five percent, about a quarter of the hands that you play. Now you could, for instance, go in and play player all the time and and you wouldn't owe them anything, you know. And some people do that. Some people do. You could I don't recommend that, but you could do that. So you just take that five percent and you divide it by you divide it and uh you divide it by four, because they only take it out of a quarter of the hand, so you divide it by four, and you got one and a half percent or one and a quarter percent casino odds. And that's really all there is to it. I mean there's there's there's nothing that the casino could do to goof this up, because you are at liberty to bet on player or bet on bank. They don't know which one you're gonna bet on, so there's no like way for them to fix the cards or clump the cards or do anything with the cards to make it come out strange. And Bacra, they they use new cards for every game here. And there was there's a reason for that. You know, they had these these people that play Bachra get quite emotional about it. And they have a tendency like one guy last night ran his pen through the card, you know, he didn't like it. But I didn't blame him. He was down about uh $150,000 at the time. The guy at the other, you see some big betters there, the guy at the other end of the table was playing for $40,000 a hand. And this is at s at uh Caesars. And so I was calling this guy in my system and and he's saying, Yeah, but he's batting $40,000 and banks. I says, I don't care, we're batting a quarter and player, you know. All of them. Well, so he had a pretty good time at that. Um I I I don't have any idea how we're going to uh to market this at at this point. A lot of that will depend on what the computer boys prove out, and we still want to have a bunch of players go out and test this uh as well, because we want to make sure that there's no hidden surprises in this whole thing that are gonna come and bite us later on. You know, we want everything it's it's not by the way one of these Martingale systems, you know, where you bet more and more and more uh like s like some of these uh roulette systems that uh somebody has on the market. Uh it's and you know, you can go in there and peace and quiet and sit down and relax. I mean it's the stupidest game in the world. I mean you just bat on bank and you bet on play, that's all you do. You don't they do it they play all the cards out, they're all played a certain way, you don't have to s hit or any of that stuff. So you don't make any decisions except well how much you're gonna bet and whether you're gonna bet on bank or player, you can fall asleep playing playing baccarat. And it but it's it's a lot of fun. They pass the the shoe around and the the the players actually deal the cards out, but they have a big baccarat crew there that uh is telling you exactly what to do so nobody can make a mistake. And a few shields. And a and a few shells, yeah, yeah. Uh they do have the many baccarat, and from everything I've been able to to observe, there's no difference in the many baccarat tables other than the stick. You know, they have these nickel baccarat games. The steaks in Baccarat are usually $20 is the minimum bet. They have special baccarat chips. Some casinos don't bother with those and and they just use quarter chips. But playing quarter baccarat is not the same as playing quarter quarter blackjack because the odds of the game are so close to begin with. I would you know you don't it's not one of these things where you can get in into something where you could lose a a lot of money unless you started betting some progressions like some of these guys do, negative progressions, which we don't recommend in in Baccarat. However, you will see people, you uh you do always stand the opportunity of making a killing in in Baccarat. That's one of the nice things about it, uh more so than blackjack, more so than blackjack, like you can get into a $20 game and find yourself walking out of that game with $100,000 in Bacchara because we do bat up as you win regressions. Now, for instance, in our particular method, I was looking at it the other night, and if I remember right, it at 18 in a row, if if something happened 18 times in a row, like bank won eight eighteen times in a row, or player won eighteen times in a row, or it went bank player, bank, player, bank, player 18 times, in our little method, you'd win about $50,000 on that situation. Now, how often does that happen? Well, at the Turning Stone Casino the other night on the mini baccarat table, the dealer dealt 27 players in a row. So these these things, these situations do come up. I was in a game where it went bank player, bank player, bank player, a zipper in other words, 23 times in in a row. So you do have that, it's sort of like, you know, putting your money into the a million dollar slavishing, you know, uh except probably in Baccarat, you you get a a big payoff a little uh a little more often. You hear about big wins in um in Bacchara all the time. There was a deal that happened at the Sands to give you an idea. In the game I was playing at, the lady next to me was playing black chips, playing Bacchara black chips. There's a tie bet in Baccharat. I can't remember now at the Sands, if it was 9 to 1 or 8 to 1 on Tiesy at the time. I think it was uh 8 to 1, but I could be wrong. And uh she was doing very well, so she was betting $50 for the dealer on uh on ties on every hand. And of course, ties only come up one out of eleven hands. And uh whenever ties how many of you have ever played baccarat? Okay, whenever ties come up, the dealer is programmed to say ties often repeat, which of course they don't, they're just trying to make get you to make a stupid bet again, you know. But so they say that, they're trained to say that and they say it at every casino in the world that plays baccar. So the fifth so finally she bets us $50 for the dealer and it hits and it pays eight to one. So that's four hundred and fifty dollars now sitting on the table. And the dealer, not using his head at all, says, ties off and repeat. So she says, okay, buddy, if that's true, we're gonna leave your bet off. And he said, Well, he says, until you take it off the circle, it's not my money, it's your money. So he says, I don't have any say in the matter. So he left it off and it repeated. And the idiot says, ties off and repeat. And she says, I can't believe you said that. She says, We're gonna leave it up again. And it repeated again. The dealer got a $32,000 tip. Yeah. $32,000. You uh regular bets pay even money or run. Regular bets pay even money on player and 95 cents on the dollar. And what they do is they most of them they pay you even money, and then you pay this commission after the game. Like what I played last night, the commission I think was twenty some dollars after the game was over that I owed them for my for that five percent that they get in on a bank. It's it's almost negligible, you know, uh one and a quarter percent per hand. It's a very, very close game. I mean, if you just got in the game and just bet on player all the time and player has slightly less odds of winning than bank. Bank uh play bank has uh w 1.36% better odds of winning the hand than than player does. And so when you see these long banks in a row or players in a row, usually you see more banks in a row than players in a row because of that one uh 1.36%. But that's why they take it, the uh they take their commission out of out of the bank hand because that's the one that wins slightly, slightly, slightly more. So, but it's a it's a fun these guys that play this game really get into it. You know, they turn the cards over and they take forever to turn the cards over, and they they got all this superstitious stuff that they do, and it's a riot to to watch these guys play this game. They were going nuts last night in there. And well of course, when you're betting $40,000 now the guy betting $40,000 a hand, by the way, what what they do is is whoever is betting the most money on player, they'll they'll give him the player cards to turn over. So whoever's dealing deals them out and the croupier will throw them to the high bet high better employer. And all of these guys, you know, they're doing all of these these rigor moros, you know, trying to turn these cards over and turn over a little corny, and only put it back down real fast, you know. He starts to turn over another little corny. And a guy's batting 40,000 a hand, you know, they throw him the cards, he just turned them over and throw them back, you know. Don't care at all. It was kind of fun to watch. But yeah, we're we're gonna get that going. Now, I also mentioned in Atlantic City, we've we've got a couple of guys that actually came to that seminar and spoke, that are working on a uh a roulette system. It's it's a red and black roulette system, and uh they won, I think it was like 260 some odd uh games in a row with this with the system. It's not real uncomplicated, but you know, anybody could do it with with a little bit of study. It's probably a little more complex than uh Babacara, but anybody could do it. I'm not quite satisfied with it myself yet. I want to run it through the computers up in Minnesota and so forth. But they did take a group out, uh this is Randy Benedetto, for those of you that uh that know Rand. Uh he's a cop in Reading, Pennsylvania. Um guys went out with them and uh they they got into trouble in that game where they went out to watch them. Uh so they went to Caesars and finished off the game at Caesars and they ended up winning six hundred dollars. So it looks like, you know, it looks like a pretty good deal, but uh again, I need to have this very, very thoroughly uh checked out before we get involved in it in any matter, way, shape, or form. We do have our equipment division that's uh going pretty pretty much full swing now. They've got some better prices now on tables and so forth. I think we put out a price list not too long ago, and they're getting real good about uh delivery. That's being uh done by Keith Smith. And most of you know Keith Smith, he's the one that had the heart attack last year. He's doing pretty good now, by the way. And his assistant is Ron Di Benedetto. And we've also picked up a uh a recording studio company that they're the ones that did the uh the world-class tapes, and and yes, we will tell them to do them louder next time. Uh and they did there is a f there was a f a couple of uh people that uh got a tape butt that was blank or whatever. We sent out about 500 sets of tapes. So if you have any problems with your tapes, just let me know and we'll have them send you a new set. It it was it's a brand new company, and it's it's they're not used to doing voice. They they normally do music, so they're gonna do all of our voice recording now, and they've bought all brand new equipment, it's all computerized, digital computer stuff, and uh I think they're they're sort of learning as they go, but I think that'll be a good asset for our company in the long run. Copies of everything will start coming quicker. We just we just bought a new Xerox that cost more than my house, at least it's more than my mortgage every month. So I don't know if that makes it worth a whole lot of money. And uh it's a 50 copy a minute machine, and it also does one color, so now you're gonna see either red or blue or something coming out on a lot of stuff. But uh we were using 228 a minute and uh and we couldn't keep up, so we bought this uh we bought this big one now, and we do that all out of uh my office. So hopefully that is gonna help us out on our newsletter scheduling and our sales letter scheduling, and we'll be able to do have more correspondence and so forth. Okay, that's I can't think of any other announcement. Yes. Well, I don't know yet. I don't know yet. Uh it's hard to say. It won't be very long though. You know, I gotta take a break from that now to finish the newsletter out. And for those of you that don't know, my schedule's been interrupted by the fact that uh my wife is very, very ill. She uh she's in a wheelchair now, and she's had cancer for 12 years, but uh they had taken her off her last chemo, uh, what was it, three months ago, I think it was, and uh her tumors came back in both lungs plus bone cancer. But now they put her on this new drug called taxol that's made from the California Ute tree, I believe it is. That's quite a miracle drug, so and she's very uh susceptible to medication. They she's she's got one of these cancers that uh usually has less than a one-year life expectancy, and she's had it for 12 years, so anything can happen there. But she did get quite critical there for a while, and I and I had to really take time out from uh everything to pay real close attention to to that situation. Uh Beverly, by the way, my secretary, is staying with her uh while I'm here. But I'll tell you, she just started this tax all last week, and I think that I could already see an improvement, so which is not surprising because that's how she reacted to some of the other chemotherapy. So I think that she she may be doing uh fairly fairly well over the next few weeks, but you but you never know. Keep it posted on that. Uh but if I'm sort of like out of the picture there for a while, you'll you'll know what happened. Any, you know, it's a very, very critical uh stage, and we'll just have to wait and uh see what happens. Uh alright, I think we get started right into world class, and I think maybe the the thing we ought to start out on is table selection. The whole umbrella of table selection, you know, the way I look at it is under that umbrella comes when you should when should you go and play? And uh what casino? There's such a thing as, I like to think there's such a thing as casino selection, unless you happen to be playing in uh New York or in in Connecticut, where they only have one casino. But even up in Minnesota, there how many people do we have here from Minnesota? Well, I guess we don't have to talk about Minnesota there. I hate Minnesota. Uh you know, they got a little bit of a selection problem up there because the casinos are so far apart. You know, if you don't like the casino you're in, it's like an hour and a half drive to the to the next one. Down on the Gulf Coast, by the way, it's it's much better. And the casinos down there are still doing very well. We're still getting very good uh reports. If if anything has gotten better down there is they build more casinos because of the fact that their big problem down there is overcrowding. But there they got three of them down there that within about 20 minutes of each other, and the rest of them are all pretty much within an hour or so of each other. And most of the driving is right along the the coast, so it's not like up in uh Minnesota where you're you're driving through the woods and the mountains and everything to get from one to another. So that looks like a pretty good situation. I will be down in Memphis in a couple weeks, and I'll check out that situation by the way. They built uh they've just opened up their second casino just south of Memphis over the Mississippi state line. Uh so we'll go down and see what that's all about and and I'll let you know if it looks like anything uh worthwhile. It's it's too long a drive to go up from the Mississippi casinos down on the Gulf Coast up to the the ones up near Memphis. I think it'd be about a six-hour drive, so that's sort of out of the question. Drewning Stone is still doing very well, and uh, but I'd really like to mention that uh Foxwood. I'm getting a lot of good calls on Foxwood since they opened their second building because their biggest problem again was overcrowding. And when they open their their new building, it's a it's a little bit longer walk from the parking lot. Plus, in the new building, they don't have any restaurants. So about the only thing you can do there is play blackjack or play the slots, and and people are a little reluctant to go over there, so you can actually walk in there and you can actually get five dollar head-to-head games and situations like that. So that's turning into uh a really good situation that will keep you keep you posted at. Um I think that nevertheless of all the casino areas, if if you look at all of the aspects put together, I still think personally that Las Vegas is simply the best place to play cards in the world. Now, now granted, Turning Stone and Foxwood are are both very casino, very good casinos. I think I rated them number one and number two in newsletter number eight. And I still rate them that way. But the only problem is you can get into overcrowding at either one of those casinos, and if you get there at the wrong time, there's no other place to go. You know, those two casinos are about, let's say, they'd be about three, four, they're about five hours apart from each other, and and both of them are too far from Atlantic City, about one's about five hours, the other's about seven hours from Atlantic City. So when you're there, you're there, and if you if you run into bad conditions, there's nothing you can do about it. Now, one of one of the reasons to to get back into Baccharah is is selfish motives, because I play Turning Stone a lot. I play it just about every week. And they do have a a baccarat room, but they got one baccarat table, and they got so many baccarat tables out on the floor. And you can get you know, I we were at Turning Stone one night and there wasn't a place to sit down at a blackjack table. I'm not talking about there weren't any good games to sit down, I'm I'm saying there weren't any empty chairs in the casino, you know. So but people, you know, people over there, not too many of them even know about Bakra and the Bakra game there is so it's very comfortable in there, it's never crowded and so forth. The only trouble is is it might not be going on while you're there because there's not a lot of people that know how to uh know how to play that game. You can play Bakra head to head, by the way. It doesn't make any difference. The only the only thing is when you're playing head-to-head, you can't have a no-bet. In Bakra they they let you nap, but if you know how to bet, you don't have to bet. So our system uh has a no-bet situation in it that that comes up, and that's one of the ways we get some advantage out of this. We know when we're strong, and we know when we're when when we're weak, and we sort of bet accordingly. Well, the nice thing about Bakra is when you're you can have a no-bet situation. So when you're weak, you just don't bet at at all, and that's part of the way that we get our advantage out of the thing. Of course, you can't do that if you're playing head to head though, because if nobody bats, they're not going to deal the cards, you know. So but you could go down to one chip, or if you were playing with a partner, one of you could bet and the other one not bet, or something like that. We were doing that last night uh when for a while there there was nobody else at the table but us. You can bet one chip on each side, and I don't know what they might say about that if you're the only one there. There's money on the layout, they have to do that. Yeah. And so you're gonna lose five percent no, you're gonna lose two and a quarter, two and a half percent. Two and a half percent in on it. But you can do that. I know that uh in Ron's uh uh roulette, black and red roulette system, they have a no-bet situation where they do that. If they're playing head to head, they they bet on both on black and red and hope that zero or double zero doesn't come up, you know. But they do that every now and then. Yeah. I I think that, and I've written a lot about this in uh in newsletter number nine, that we're getting some seriously bad playing conditions up in Atlantic City. How many of you play Atlantic City? Uh those of you for the rest of you, now I'm talking about serious bad situations. I'm talking about two nine-card dealer hands in the same game. Two nine cards you and you heard of seven, maybe now and then you heard eight, two nine card hands in the same game. Uh I'm talking about dealers getting ten ups on uh eight and nine out of thirteen hands, uh ten up. Uh I'm talking about dealers breaking maybe on an average of once per shoe, uh, in eight-deck, in an eight-deck game. Uh I'm talking about people going in and playing basic strategy and just simply losing every single hand. I watched a lady at a playing head-to-head on a hundred dollar table, lose twenty three hands in a row at the uh at the uh showboat uh last month, and then she got a blackjack against a dealer race and she didn't insure, and I groaned, I was just standing there watching the game. I've been thinking about getting into that game until I saw what was going on. And uh she didn't insure and I groaned and she turned and she looked at me and she says, Well, the book says don't insure. And I says, Lady, this game isn't in any book anywhere. Yeah, so they all say it, and by the way, I didn't stay I didn't stay after that, so I don't know how many she might have lost after that, or how many she might have lost before I got there, but I watched her lose twenty-three straight hands in a row. No, she lost. She she yeah, yeah, she lost. She hit blackjack and then she lost the next hand, so she she ended up losing. Yeah. Yeah, I'm getting good reports from Tahoe. I haven't played it in a l in a long time. Uh and I don't know how many how many face up games uh they have. Yeah. Uh or or next door in uh in uh Carson City or Reno, Reno I'm trying to say, yeah. We've been we've been getting we still get good reports for those areas, yeah.
